I started Hello Clever, a payments company, with my business partner. I built the technology behind its growth to more than A$70M in annual revenue by August 2026, and I'm building it towards becoming the exchange layer for global money movement. I research reliable AI, focusing on hallucination mitigation in language models. In both, I care about one thing: building technology people can trust.

- I researchAI models can sound certain even when they are wrong. I study why that happens, how training changes their behaviour, and how we can make them more reliable.
